Edited by Wittgenstein's literary executor Rush Rhees from a manuscript compiled by Wittgenstein in the early 1930s. It is comprised of two parts, 'The Proposition and Its Sense' and 'On Logic and Mathematics', each almost as long as Wittgenstein's more famous posthumous publication Philosophical Investigations (1953). An English translation by Rush Rhees and Anthony Kenny was published in 1974.
