The first of Ian Fleming's famous James Bond novels. Fleming wrote Casino Royale in only a few months, "because it came straight from memory and imagination". The novel was an immediate success, and Fleming would go on to write twelve more James Bond novels and two short stories; the James Bond franchise continues to be immensely popular and Bond remains the most famous fictional spy in the world.  

In very good condition, light edge-wear to dust jacket extremities and small stain to rear panel, gentle lean to text block.
