Kamekura Yusaku (1915-1997) is one of the leading Japanese Graphic designers. His most famous work is a set of four posters for the Tokyo Olympics of 1964 which was the first to use photography. Steeped in the modernist principles established by the Bauhaus group he also worked extensively in package and corporate design. With contributions by Herbert Bayer and Masaru Katsumi.
