This work provides a comprehensive survey of Hong Kong and the treaty ports in China. Published by Lloyds, much emphasis is put on commercial activities, giving short individual biographies of both the European and the Chinese business community and introductions to their enterprises. Due to the weight of the book it is rarely found in good condition.
