STC notes that the British Library, Cambridge and Folger copies have an added bifoilium with an engraved title and leaf of verses opposite [the former not present here] and that the Cambridge title-page has "fourth" edition while the others have "fifth as here. With a separate title to part 2 but with continuous register and pagination.
