Alexander Justus, doctor of canon and civil law and chaplain of Pope Clement VIII, discusses a commission. This commission is perhaps for Gasparo Hercolano, who is mentioned reperatedly in the document.At the foot of the document is a notarial sign manual showing crosed papal keys and the motto "sola fides sufficit" (i.e. "Faith alone is sufficient"), with the attestation of Constantinus Arcatorius, papal notary.
