First US edition, plates, original purple cloth, spine faded and a bit worn, label of Middleton & Dawson, booksellers of Quebec and inscription J.A. Stringer(?) 1858 on title, Boston, TIcknor and Fields, 1859 

Wolff 3330 is a copy of the London edition also dated 1859 but with an 1858 inscription showing that it was also postdated. As far as we know priority has not been established.
