A wonderful uniform study specially commissioned by Maggs Bros. Ltd. for this catalogue. A noted Military Artist, Rodney Player is recognised for his ability to combine lively handling of the subject with closely-researched command of uniform detail. He is willing to accept commissions for similar paintings of the Regiments of the British Army from c.1750 to the present day.
