4 initials painted in red or blue, each filled with intricate calligraphic penwork in contrasting colours; 7 four-staves with square musical notation.

Size of leaf: 448 x 330mm. 7 lines of liturgical text in a large rounded gothic hand. 1450


A fine leaf from an antiphonary with verses from the Pange lingua gloriosi proelium certaminis by Venantius Fortunantius (cf. Analecta Hymnica, vol. 50, pp. 71-73).

A few smal holes caused by the oxiadisation of the ink.
