First edition. There appear to be two issues of the first edition as the copies cited by Tchemerzine and Petit have p.220 blank whereas in our copy and others (see: Lachèvre and Rochebilière) p.220 is numbered and holds the poem entitled,Prière pour le Roy. The title-page, "privilège", "registré", and "achéver d'imprimer", however, all have corresponding dates. Also, our copy has inserted between p.220 and the table four additional leaves (the first signed *E II) which contain the poem Epistre à Monseigneur le Duc de Bourgoyne sur la Prise de Mons,which is not listed in the table and first appeared in the second edition of 1693.
