Photographic illustrations. First edition. 8vo., cloth, dust jacket. London, Adam and Charles Black.

A presentation copy inscribed mostly in Spanish by the subject Antonio Ruiz Soler on the frontispiece 'To Betty T  Aldiss', the inscription difficult to read, but apparently expressing regards and much sympathy. Antonio was a Spanish dancer, best known for his work with his cousin Rosario. He formed his own company Antonio and the Ballets de Madrid in 1953. Dust jacket price-clipped, torn and faded at the edges, with one large tear in the centre of the front panel. Bookplate of the recipient on the front pastedown.
