Dedication leaf, 3 half page coloured aquatints, 2 with overslips, 2 half page and 6 smaller monochrome aquatints, 2 full page monochrome aquatints, 4 full page coloured aquatints, 2 with overslips, 2 double page coloured aquatints with 2 overslips and a coloured plan. First edition, Folio, uncut, modern half niger morocco, gilt, marbled boards. London, Printed for J.C.Stadler.

'North Front towards the Parade' repaired along the lower fold, minor paint splashes on the top edge of the binding. Binder has used 'Pavilion' on the spine not following the spelling 'Pavillon' on the title page. Tipped-in is a note in the hand of George IV as Prince of Wales "Lt.Gen'l. Turner Carlton House, G.P.R." (i.e General Prince Regent).
