This small atlas of the world is one of the earliest printed after the Meiji Restoration. Hashimoto Gyokuran (1807-?) is better known as the Ukiyo-e print artist Utagawa Sadahide. He used this particular artistic name for topics showing foreigners and foreign settlements in Yokohama and Tokyo. Not in Kerlen; Yokohama City University.
